I am for a public option and not because I love government, really at a baseline it’s the governments fault sucky food is so cheap. Get a fuckin clue people!! When you are 35yo and you need half your gut cut out and now get to shit in a ziplock bag attatched to your gut there is a major problem!!!!! It is not natural to have a gut hanging over your belt. It’s not natural to not be able to see your junk. It’s not natural to have cankles. It’s not natural to have allergies to frigging peanuts and gluten. It’s not natural to be on meds for “diseases ” that we collectivley put on ourselves because we don’t want to do things the right way because they take longer. For instance cook a meal with actual whole food ingredients, get your HR up via physical activity. Don’t eat more than you use. Don’t feed your kids fake formula when nature gave women breasts that make the best stuff you can give your baby! Don’t drink soda, ever. Don’t eat dairy, babies are weaned at average after one year of feeding why would you want to drink a cow’s breast milk at age 30, and to boot YOUR NOT A COW!! You don’t need to eat meat at everymeal or even everyday. I am in the grey area with meat but one thing I do know is if you are gonna eat meat, it should be grass fed and never see a med. It’s harder to find and costs more but it’s actually cheaper if you stop eating it at each meal. Do eat greens, as many as you can. Drink water, lots. GET UP OFF YOUR RUMP! Your killing our great nation!!!!!!!!!!
